For Bitter Melon fans (which I am) this simple recipe is a keeper! I wanted to stay fairly close to the original recipe so I repressed the urge to add salt and pepper. Used olive oil and 2 cloves of crushed garlic. Served over white rice. Not bad at all. Submitted by:
