Unfortunately, I didn't care for these pancakes. Next time I'll grind the oats in the food processor. Add more salt. As a note about making pancakes, you don't want to over mix the ingredients. You want to mix the dry and wet until just combined. Submitted by:

This is how I'll be making my pancakes from now on! They were bland so I added 3T sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar, a bit of rum extract, 1 tsp cinnamon and replaced the flour with whole wheat flour and omitted the oil. Very filling :D. Made 29 pancakes for 47 cals each Submitted by:
