Very easy & very tasty! I did saute the chicken in minced garlic to add more flavor and also added garlic powder to the mushrooms as they were sauting.... otherwise this sounded bland. I also used an extra can of cream of mushroom. With the garlic and some salt and pepper... this was excellent!
