Very good recipe but it should not be in the low carb catagory. Using the Spark nutrition calculator it has 35g Carbs per serving (based on 8 serv per recipe) but is Low Fat: only 12g
I will make it again but as a special treat after I lose the weight I'm working on now.

I did the nutritional info and I agree, way off. Using fat free soups and low fat cheese still way off. Total carbs are more like 14 net carbs with the calories and fats about doubled. Like the recipe and still fits in to my low carb diet but should keep this in mind when planning daily carbs. Submitted by:

The nutrition information is off because if you look at the "Ingredients Details" list only one tortilla is listed. Even with that I still came up with about 200 calories per serving. But it still looks good. I'll have to try it sometime. Submitted by:
