Very tasty vegetable soup and very low calorie! One of my favorite recipes. One note: the chopped zucchini goes in at the end after it's boiled, and cooks just a few minutes until somewhat soft. Don't overcook the zucchini or it gets mushy. Submitted by:

This soup is wonderful! Because it has so few calories and is such a filling soup I make up large batches and eat it when I really, really need something to eat but don't have many calories left for the day. Submitted by:
