I made this for an open house for a housewarming. I made a triple batch. It was highly praised even I like it &I typically am not a chili fan. Since I was making so made 1 batch reg and the other two i used all low sodium beans & seasoning. I also added a handful of mushrooms to use them up. Submitted by:

I used a 'lower sodium' chili seasoning & added extra tomatos...got great reviews.
I made a pot for work too, love it.
