I have a similar recipe. Mine uses two crushed shredded wheat biscuits instead of the oats and is baked on high for 10-13 minutes in the microwave. Delicious. Mine also has some sugar mixture with cinnamon, etc on the apple mixture, but I think it could be omitted. Submitted by:
