Sounds good, but will just substitute a few things to eliminate the hot, but still have spicy and add WW pasta to up the fiber. I'd also eliminate the butter & use cooking spray to eliminate a few calories. Cooking spray works just as well as marg./butter. Submitted by:

I'll add this recipe to the collection and bring it to the church potluck this Sunday. My hubby is Type 2 Diabetic so the carb are too high for him, and the calories too high for me. Sounds tasty though! Submitted by:

If you figure WW points this is 9. No one can lose weight eating food with that many calories and so little fiber. Submitted by:
