right on! i made this tonight except im using a little worchester sauce in the mix, braised the cubesteaks, a little balsamic vinegar, and a tablespoon of sugar, and as advised only a half a pack of the onion soup mix. Also, im using a covered roasting pan in the oven. Submitted by:

I actually make almost the same exact recipe, but use half the Onion Soup mix to reduce sodium. A good crockpot tip, place onions (and also root veggies as a rule) on bottom of crockpot to get more of their flavor throughout the dish! Submitted by:
