It was amazing! I adjusted the recipe by not adding the salsa b/c my kids don't like it as much as I do. I used only 1/3 packet of the fajita season. packet and 1 can of beans to lower the sodium and used whole wheat tortillas, topped with low-fat shredded cheese and the family enjoyed it! Thanks! I will make this, but there is no way that the nutritional info is correct. 4 servings of 2 lbs of chicken = 8 oz chicken each serving (almost 250 cal) Submitted by:
