Really easy and delicious ! I used onions, green peppers and carrots instead of spinach. I also added choppedup fat free hot dogs (I know it sounds weird, but it was good).

This is great for a filling, low-calorie breakfast. I mean if you cut out a 200 calorie serving for yourself it's a LOT of food! Submitted by:

OH! Even though I've not made this yet, I am going to rate it very good, since it is almost zero in fat grams. I will make it this weekend, since I need to get some mushrooms. I'll probably add a litte nutmeg and onions to it. Submitted by:
