This was so good. The flavor was amazing I wanted to use a fat-free mayo but had light on hand and used that anyway. I will definitely make this again. I make Tilapia a lot so now I have this wonderful new topping to spice things up. Thanks for sharing! Submitted by:

Excellent - Which says a lot - because I am not a big fish eater - WOW very simple to make - very quick to cook - and yummo! I used low fat sour cream instead of the yogurt - oh it was good Submitted by:

Amazing! I also used ff mayo and this dish turned out simply fantastic! My family oohed and aahed over it. We decided that the topping tastes much like spinach/artichoke dip. I may try adding artichokes next time since they won't mess with the calories too much! Delicious! Thank you for sharing Submitted by:

Tired of the same old fish for dinner? You'll love this recipe.
WOW! Quick, easy and great tasting. I substituted the yogurt with fat free sour cream. It came out with a beautiful golden brown topping and an incredible taste.

Everyone in my family really enjoyed this recipe, even my kids!!! I made a few changes though. 1st i used 1/2 of pickle juice on the fish before the sauce, minus the dill, mixed the seasonings right into the sauce, grated parmesean cheese ( like for Spagehetti ) and non fat Greek yogurt. Enjoy!!! Submitted by:

Perfect low carb option. Didn't have tilapia available and made it with grouper instead-excellent. The family loved it and we're definitely making it again. Submitted by:

Very yummy! I used fat free sour cream instead of yogurt because that's what I had. Even hubby who "sometimes" likes fish loved this one. Submitted by:

I made this using flounder and used sour cream instead of yogurt to keep the carb count down. Turned out great. Submitted by:

I didn't have the yogurt on hand so substituted low fat sour cream and shaved parmesan - my husband, who doesn't usually like fish, ate it right up! Submitted by:

I replaced the mayonnaise with more non fat plain yogurt and used grated parmesan instead of shredded. It was yummy! Submitted by:

I made a simple version of this recipe by using only the mayo (low fat olive oil based) and Kraft grated parmesan cheese. It was ready in just minutes and was wonderful.
It was a huge hit with my husband.
