Made these today. Only change I made was I used some Sugar free French Vanilla coffee syrup instead of water. They came out great! S/O said they were better than regular pancakes. I went and bought almond meal Saturday (very expensive!) and made them on Sunday! Yummy! Been on Atkins 2 mnths and craving something bread like. I ate them with peanut butter and sugar free syrup! I will make these again!! Submitted by:
