Very good & very easy. I used chicken broth instead of veggie b/c it's what I had. Also used leftover mashed potatoes (about 2 cups). Would add little more pepper next time. Good with a little fat free cheese on top. Might use 11 x 7 or 8 x 8 pan next time. Submitted by:
