I really like this recipe because it allows you season the croquets to whatever you're in the mood for. The first time I seasoned it with Mrs. Dash salt free Southwest Chipotle. The second time I used ranch mix. I found chicken thighs from the crock pot work the best. Submitted by:

Made this tonight for dinner, I dont like sour cream & it was alittle dry so I had some fat free cream of chicken soup and put about 1 tbsp over it and LOVED it!!! Big hit with my family too, even my very picky teenage daughter - Thank You Submitted by:

Very good! I added garlic, fresh parsley and poultry seasoning, since some comments said it was a little bland and it turned out nicely. Much easier and less messy than my normal croquette recipe, not to mention low carb. Thanks for this one! Submitted by:

I tried this last night and I loved them! It made about 8 patties. I added chili powder, minced garlic, garlic salt with parsley and some pepper. Could have used a bit more seasoning, but I put sour cream on top and also some salsa and they were so filling! Leftovers for snacks! Submitted by:

i like this recipe. I served mine over a large green leaf salad with grilled corn, cut off the cob and mixed with a simple dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. delish. Submitted by:

Eggs are actually the binder and the flax,psyllium are just added fiber. But if you want to omit the eggs just mix ground flax with a little water and it then replaces the missing egg as the binder. Submitted by:

This sound like a great recipe. But wouldn't the "nutrition info" be different depending on whether you used the flax or the psyllium or breadcrumbs? And the breadcrumbs; there are great differences in the nutrition of different kinds. I will measure each ingredient and figure it out myself. Submitted by:
