i have been looking for a recipe for healthy rice crispy treats!!! If they have some other type of samll cereal, I'll use wheat for an even better healthy kick. It'll add fiber, whole grains and more protein. Submitted by:

I'm not sure if this is Spark Diet appropriate; it can be found on any box of any crisp rice product, & it seems like a mild waste of calories that could be put to better use. Trade the marshmallows for a sweetener packet & the margerine for some fat free soy milk & now you're talking. Submitted by:
