I modified this to feed 4 people heartily - upping the calories to 284 per person - I used 1/2 lb lean ground beef, 14.5 oz can tomatoes, 8 oz can tomato sauce, 15 oz can corn, 4 oz pasta, all the spices, + 1 cup water & cooked the pasta in the dish instead of by itself.
