I added small cherry tomatoes. Place the cherry tomatoes on a baking tray sprinle with olive oil (salt and pepper optional) bake until the tomatoes start to soften and skin starts to peel then remove form oven and add to quiche mixture before baking in the oven, delicious! Submitted by:
