made this for my lunch today. Didn't have Bib lettuce, so I used Organic Girl 50/50 which is a blend of spring mix and baby spinach. I tossed this with 1.5 tsp vinegar & oil, then added the chicken, avocado, parsley, lime and salt on top. Didn't have cilantro, so used parsley. Love this salad! Submitted by:
