Yum! Great recipe. Very moist and delicious. I will definitely make these again. Skipped flax and cranberries (didn't have any) and skipped raisins - personal pref. Used soy milk and added a little OJ. Topped with chopped walnuts and a sprinkle of brown sugar. Yummy! Submitted by:

These were tasty and stayed together exceptionally well - no crumbs! Pop out of pan! My kids don't like raisins & cranberries however, I finely chopped them & added chopped walnuts too. They ate them no problem. Dense, moist texture, low calories & no oils. Mini muffins bake in 13 min. Thx! Submitted by:
