Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Very easy and VERY delicious! I used half a cup of cheese and instead of the potatoes, I used brown rice which I thought tasted just splendid. Took almost 80 calories off the total (and I made probably 6 servings). I will most definitely be making this again! Submitted by:

This was one of the BEST recipes ive made not to mention incredibly EASY and less than 300 calories! I used 98% fat free cream of mushroom. I also cut up a medium size red potato and topped it with the cheese sauce. It makes so much sauce. Even my picky mother loved it! Submitted by:

I hate to cook so the easier the recipe the better. This dish is fantastic! It's so rich that it's hard to believe it's good for you. I did substitute with the low sodium/healthly choice soup, reduced fat cheese and brown rice and I even hid the California blend veggies under the gravy! YUMMY! Submitted by:

This recipe is excellent and easy. I found it a bit salty though. I did use Healthy Request soup, I wish the Italian dressing would come in lower sodium too. This is a keeper. Submitted by:

A big hit in my house, will have to make more next time. I substituted reduced fat cream of mushroom soup and cheese with great results. So easy and inexpensive to make. I'm sure we'll be having this often. Submitted by:

My boyfriend who hates eating anything healthy really loved this and so did I. I used a whole Italian seasoning packet and reduced sodium soup. I also had some potatoes I chopped up and put in with it. It was wonderful and delicious! Will try again!! Submitted by:

This was great and I can't wait to make it again. I used low sodium low fat cream of mushroom soup,Fat free cheese, and just some spices from the cabinet. It came out great, saved a few calories without sacrifying the taste.YUMM, thanks. Submitted by:

I was skeptical when I saw the recipe but when I saw all the reviews I had to try it! It was wonderful! I used 98% fat free soup and omitted the fresh mushrooms (only because I didn't have them). It had a wonderful flavor and the chicken was very tender. Will definitely make again! Submitted by:

I'd replace the Italilan Dressing mix with a no-salt Italian seasoning blend to reduce the sodium, and also use reduced cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup. Submitted by:

The flavor was very good on this, I did use the 2% cheddar and 98% FF soup. I also added 1 cup FF Plain Yogurt to the mix. However the overall dish was way to salty for me, so I think I will try and cut the seaoning back or something next time. Definately a keeper recipe! Thanks for sharing! Submitted by:

It sounds similar to a recipe I make, however I make it with rice in the dish or sliced potatoes. My only concern is the accurace of these calories without an accurate measure of the chicken. When I calculated it, it was a bit higher using 4, 8oz chicken breasts. I recommend, using a food scale. Submitted by:

This was delicious. Even my boyfriend and grandmother (neither of which like mushrooms all that much) loved this! The sauce was so delicious that my boyfriend said he wouldn't mind it being served as a dip if it were a little thicker. I used reduced fat soup & reduced fat cheese, very very yummy! Submitted by:
