This was quite yummy! I used a full packet of taco seasoning and I only had half "regular" salsa so I used some peach salsa I had! Not bad! I served it with shredded 2% cheddar and lo fat sour cream. Will surely make this again!

My kids gobbled this up, and my son went back for more. They ate theirs in reduced-fat tortillas with some sour cream and cheddar cheese. It was very filling! And yummy. I used a whole package of taco seasoning. Submitted by:
