Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I like this recipe, but made a few substitutions ( 1 egg in place of egg beaters and real unsalted butter in place of the light spread). Also noted the the breading amount wasn't enough to cover 5 cutlets, so had to make more. All-in-all however, the recipe was a hit. Submitted by:
