I think the calorie and fat content are for the whole recipe. It makes 6 servings and if you divide those numbers by 6 it makes more sense. The only fat in this is the pecans. It sounds really good though. Submitted by:

Sounds delicious, but a lot of calories and fat for a side dish and a vegetable; perhaps the preserves and pecans? Submitted by:

This sounds wonderful. I was concerned that the calorie and fat info didn't sound right. There's only 2 TBS of pecans for 6 servings, and it's the only source of fat. I recalculated and got 53.9 calories per serving and 1.4 grams of fat. This may not be exact, but it's gotta be closer to right. Submitted by:
