I used skim milk and land-o-lakes butter with canola oil (my fave) and it was WAYYY to watery. We had to add an extra potato and it still wasn't thick enough. It had a little too much salt too, and I love salt. The flavor was good though! Now I just use a "splash" of milk and gradually add salt. Submitted by:
