Really good! Tried loads of low carb/low fat/low whatever microwave cakes & things, this is actually worth doing. I can see a lot of room for variations, too. Cocoa instead of cinnamon [I used pumpkin pie spice], coconut oil instead of butter, mix up a little cream cheese/splenda/milk for a spread! Submitted by:

Yum. I love this quick and easy muffin. I left out the butter and added an egg white instead. I have also tried it with raisins added. Very good and the last time I had it I cooked it and then topped it off with No sugar added cherry pie filling. Submitted by:

I made this without the butter or the cinnamon. I did put in 10g of 'no added sugar' strawberry jam in bits for flavour. I ate it for breakfast - with s/free ice cream - DELICIOUS! Submitted by:
