Should have read the comments first...I would have gone with less vinegar (maybe 1/2 cup) and added 1/2 cup water. Also added a dash of pumpkin pie spice. I also left out the salt since that's my objection to bottled ketchup. Will make again but with those changes. Submitted by:

cricket, you probably aren't still looking here, but I made this and used 4TBS splenda, only 2 tsp salt, and 1 1/4 cups of water with the rest from above and it is great!! Submitted by:
