I love this dish.. for an even easier dish.. just layer the tortillas and mixture of meat and sauce.. for a cassarol to keep the calories the same just cut it into ten servings.. these are low enough for 2 servings each..yummmm Submitted by:

This was a great dinner. We all loved it. I did add my personal touch ...
I added a can of diced tomatos with hot peppers, 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper (it decreases appetite), browned the meat with 1/4 cup of water, then drained the water and fat in a colander.

This sounds good. I will use salt free tomato paste and cut the salt...add some garlic , maybe cilantro and jalepeno. I will most likely substitute flour tortillas for the corn. Submitted by:
