The sodium content is very high for this recipe, due to the tomato soup and the ADDED salt. To lower this, use 1/2 the salt or skip it altogether, & use more spices, and use all tomato sauce (which has less sodium than canned soup). Taste the finished product before adding any salt. Submitted by:
