Very good! However, nutrition info is off.
Not including the actual potatoes, the 'herbs' have 75 cal per 3 TBS (3/4 packet), 1740mg sodium, and 18 grams of carbs. Please take the errors into consideration. (290mg sodium per serving)

I love red potatoes and if you can find the smaller ones, it really helps aid in watching your carb intake. Red potatoes are colorful as well and when served with a salad completes the meal! A great side dish to serve the family and friends. Submitted by:
