I already make something really similar to this except I use 1/2 cup 1%milk to replace the water, no honey, I think the banana adds plenty of sweetener and a dash of nutmeg with the cinnamon. I don't always have cottage cheese but it adds a lot of protein when you have it. Submitted by:
