When I made this I added 1/4 c parmesan cheese & seasonings. Rinsed the chicken and rolled in flakes without using any butter. cuts some calories, sodium, cholestrol, & carbohydrates off that way. Family loved it!! Submitted by:

This was delicious. I will definitely make again. My teen daughters liked it too, and they can be quite picky. I'll be making this at least once a week. Can't beat the flavor and the low fat and low cals. Submitted by:
