I just made this with no fat cottage cheese, organic eggs, 1/4 cup of crimini mushrooms and 5 pieces of asparagus chopped. I added a little onion powder and used 2 T of fat free cheddar. AMAZING Submitted by:

I try my own scrambles eggs I use 1/4 cup red bell pepper 1-slice tomatoe chopped 1 tablespoon of water mix it and micwave for 2 mins .. thats only 133 calories Submitted by:
