This was SO yummy! My grocery store didn't have the welch's juice so I had to compromise and use sugar free strawberry glaze. It was amazing! Submitted by:

I make this often for my family!! We replace the juice with instant fat free chocolate pudding (made with nonfat milk) and use 95% fat free cool whip. Also add blueberries sometimes. This is so delicious and yummy!! Submitted by:

This is fantastic! Thank you so much for sharing it. Even my DH likes it and that's unusual with a low-cal, low-fat recipe. Submitted by:

I think fat free whipped topping and fresh sliced strawberries are all you need on it... Less calories, all the flavor... Agree with the warm topping comment - can easily do that (saute strawberries), would be great too. Submitted by:

My grocery store has a 100calorie for 1/8 of the cake angel food cake that we love with strawberries - I might have to try this topping on it! (the store bought angel food cake is lower cal than any mix I could find). Submitted by:

You can eliminate additional calories by removing the juice in the recipe. Bring the berries to a slow boil in a saute pan with a little water, and top the cake with it. If you prefer, you can add a pack of Splenda to the berries. When warm, I did not need the cool whip. YUM! Submitted by:

i bet you could also make this with banana's and sugar free vanilla pudding in exchange for the welches and strawberries.. or pineapple and cococut flakes Submitted by:

I love fruit & angel food cake. I actually buy the premade angel food cake from the grocery store - but I get the sugar free cake for even lower calories. Submitted by:
