Dip the apple slices in lemon juice and they will not turn brown. Fat free plain yogurt in place of the mayo and you have a very good salad. Submitted by:

This sounds wonderful, except I'd substitute the mayo for any other type of dressing (fat free Miracle Whip, calorie free dressings, etc.) to cut fat and calories. Submitted by:
