This is easy and delicious. I've been making this for years, but through the years I have adjusted the recipe. It's good as is, but you can: add mushrooms, switch to ground turkey, replace beef broth with onion beef broth, use crockpot. Also good w/ corn, but adds calories. Submitted by:
