Delicious! First attempt at crepes =success! I filled with homemade no-sugar applesauce and Yoplait 100 vanilla Greek yogurt. Kids loved it! Top with a dollop of the Greek yogurt and drizzle a tiny bit of caramel syrup over it -yum! Also, I substituted Splenda for the powdered sugar. Submitted by:

I used non-stick PAM Butter flavor spray to replace the butter and I omitted the powdered sugar because I was going to be putting a strawberry syrup on top and it would be sweet enough. I also sixthed the recipe (because I cook single meals and don't need the temptation). They turned out great! Submitted by:

I thank carbs are to high, but if I controll the sugar amount by sprinkling it on top , that will help lower some of the carbs. Submitted by:

I thought they were great! I halved the recipe and didn't add the sugar, but sprinkled some on top. I will add more water next time so they are even thinner - I made them to go with a potato soup recipe. Will make again! Submitted by:
