Nutrition & Calorie Comments

biscuit" dough" is the same as what is called "flour dumplings". Homemeade: mix a little flour, water, salt together using a spoon to mold it until it comes together. You can either tear off a mall piece by hand (or cut through the dough with a spoon) and drop it the stew and cook throroughly Submitted by:

Sounds yummy, but it is hard to get an an accurate calorie count when reproducing it, without measurememnts/amounts of ingredients. I will give it try. Submitted by:

How do you make low carb biscuits for the dumplings? I am wondering if there is a substitute that I could make that is less carbs than the ingredient that is recommended.
Thank you !
