My rating might reflect the fact that I've been almost 3 weeks without any bread but pita pockets (going sugarless for 100 days)...but this was FANTASTIC!!! I used honey instead of sugar, cut back slightly on liquid, and it worked out great. I loved that it used more than half whole wheat flour, too Submitted by:
