This was a little too high in calories, but fast, easy and tasty. I found a recipe where you make your own sauce with chicken broth, flour and light cream cheese. I use the chive and onion. seems pretty high in calories and fat and not alot of fiber. I make chicken helper alfredo sometimes and it is quite a bit lower in fat and calories.	Submitted by: PSALM63_JEN (3/28/07) report inappropriate
