I didn't soak the bran in the milk (accidentally) but it didn't seem to matter. The frozen cranberries are quite tart; I would probably like the craisins better except those would add sugar and therefore calories to this recipe. Submitted by:

These were very good. Instead of molasses I used agave nector (it's 10 calories less a teaspoon than molasses). I cut out the stevia. Very yummy! Submitted by:
