I halved this recipe. I only have a six-muffin tin. I used wheat flour and egg substitute instead of eggs. I also left it baking for five extra minutes and it could have used alittle more. (My oven is new, but I can't say). I also left the faux-sugar out and the salt. I will make this again. Submitted by:
