I enjoy making smoothies during the day, especially for breakfast since I"m not really a breakfast person, but I have to say I love this recipe! Again, I do add protein powder for the extra benefit but to make it sweeter I also had a little dash of vanilla or Sugar-Free Strawberry Torani syrup! Submitted by:

MY HUSBAND AND I JUST LOVE MAKING SMOOTHIES. ONE WAY TO BOOST YOUR PROTEIN INTAKE FOR THE DAY OR TURN YOUR SMOOTHIE INTO A MEAL IS TO ADD SOME PROTEIN POWDER (I PREFER THE WHEY PROTEIN OVER THE SOY BUT TO EACH HIS OWN).
