I used lean pork chops and a homemade barbecue sauce instead of the bottled stuff as the recipe was a little high on fat, and I find with homemade sauce it is a little easier to control the calorie and fat count. I find it a nice option for the summer bbq days when I can't indulge in the regular bbq Submitted by:

It is high in fat and calories you can however substitute lean pork chops or boneless chicken, use honey bbq sauce and it cuts down the calories and fat, just follow all the rest of the recipe, minus the honey and it is delicious. :) Submitted by:
