I thought i'd try it with a cup of egg whites and 2 whole eggs. Turned out great! I also used steamed fresh spinach, minced garlic and low fat cheddar - absolutely DEELISH! So YUMMY! Great, easy recipie......packed with nutrition! I also doubled it to fill my 12 cup muffin pan. I can't do regular milk so used my rice milk, used fresh spinach, added diced onion & ham.
