These came out perfect! and i forgot to grease the pan lol. left out the salt n pepper to knock out the sodium 9never been a big fan of pepper) Absolutely love em and so did my kids who won't eat anything green lol. Submitted by:

So YUMMY! Great, easy recipie......packed with nutrition! I also doubled it to fill my 12 cup muffin pan. I can't do regular milk so used my rice milk, used fresh spinach, added diced onion & ham. WONDERFUL! I've already shared this recipe with several friends & will make these often! Submitted by:
