I need fast and efficient recipes. This one is great. I added shredded carrot and minced garlic to up the nutritional content. I made this for my elderly parents. They loved it! The cheese could be decreased to lower the sodium and fat and it would still be good. Submitted by:

This chowder was really good- I reduced the amount of onions and used Over The Moon Fat Free milk instead of skim- also used 1 cup of cheese and used some OL Bay seasoning(I am a MD girl) - it was good- will make again with more seafood:) Submitted by:

Tried this recipe with 2 fillets of baked whitefish I had left over from dinner. YUM! I added carrots and substituted rice flour (to make it gluten free). Was a little bland tasting at end so added 1T basil and doubled the salt and pepper. Will make again thx! Submitted by:

This turned out awesome. I didn't have all the ingredients on hand but I made do. My father loved it too. He said excellent. I used one medium onion though and added some shredded carrot instead of celery. I also used small fresh shrimp instead of canned. Andd added some garlic to the onions. Submitted by:
