Great base for a main dish! I added 1 lb of cooked ground turkey (93/7), only 1 T of salt to the boiling water, and no salt added diced tomatoes. I thought it needed some spices (garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, oregano), which took it up a notch. Yummy! Submitted by:

This is a great comfort food, but I made it with fresh tomatoes to lower the sodium (super high in this recipe!). Submitted by:

ahhh...noodles and tomatoes! Sure brings back memories of my childhood. My grandma used to make these, but added a bit of sugar to it....haven't tried this recipes but it looks JUST like hers that I make to this day.....Can't wait to try this one Submitted by:
