One of my favorites! I think I found it on recipezarr or another copycat site. I use skim milk, italian turkey sausage and then use some hormel real bacon bits to cut down the fat and oil. Also, I sometimes substitute fresh spinach if I can't get my hands on Kale. Great Recipe! Submitted by:
