Awesome! Loved it! Didn't mix the cheese in, just sprinkled on top before I put under the broiler. Otherwise followed recipe. I used 2 c. of black beans I soaked and cooked rather than the canned beans to cut down on sodium. Everyone loved! Will defintely make again! Submitted by:

Made this last night. Doubled the turkey, added extra chili pepper to taste and left cheese out. Got 16 1/2 c. servings. Served 1/2 c. on bun half topped with 1/4 c. fat free cheese for a total of only 216 calories. Was a HUGE HUGE hit! Frozen mix reheats well. Thanks for sharing this recipe! Submitted by:
