Sounds great, but why so many calories? Is it the rice? I think we'll do just brown rice and lower the sauce! yummy and easy! Submitted by:

I forgot to buy sweet and sour sauce, so used stir-fry sauce. The chicken should have been salted and peppered before placing on the foil. Maybe it wouldn't have need that if I'd had the right ingredient. It was very good, anyway, and so easy! Submitted by:
